I coordinate a golf group at Plantation Golf & Country Club in Venice, FL. Discovered a "glitch" yesterday. Happened on a par 5 hole that 2 players on separate teams scored a gross birdie 4. It was a handicap hole for both players, so each scored a net eagle 3. The GG system recorded the net 3's in the skins game, but for the team scores only the low gross posted to their separate team scores. To clarify, one team finished at +2, but GG showed +3. The other team finished at -14, but GG showed -13. It appears that if the same player has a low gross and low net for the team, only the low gross is recorded. Please look into this. It is a great product! Thanks Jim Cefalu
When emailing my league from GG, I can no longer attach PDF’s. Help, please! I have an AppleAir computer. I checked pop up blocker.

My club use’s golf genius but I cannot login to sign up for tournaments, it says “my GHIN is invalid “or “ you are not part of any leagues” when I try to log in with my Email. What gives?
I belong to two clubs. Torres Tuesday mens club and San Ignacio mens club. Both use golf genius to announce tournaments sign ups and the results. Both clubs are no longer able to send me club news or availability to sign up for tournaments. My email is fine. There is a problem on your end not allowing emails that are going through golf genius that cannot teach me. It isn't because they are in my spam folder. It's you who is kicking them back. WHY? And please fix
Okay…when it works

This app is just okay when it works. It usually lags at least two holes behind and on some days it doesn’t work at all. Not a great thing for parents who didn’t get to make it to the tournament due to illness or injury but wanted to keep up with scoring. The final round is always very important but many times the app just doesn’t show up to play! Even with trying all the old tricks of turning the phone off, refreshing, etc., nothing helps. Maybe some “golf IT genius” could actually fix the bugs in this app so we could see what was going on with our kids!

I work at a course and have login access to golf genius and I downloaded the app to use and I can not log in says I’m not part of any leagues, events or trips. I put in a GGID and get the same information. However if I go to the website on my phone the GGID works fine and so I’m not sure what the problem is. I love the program and would love to see how this end works to be able to have our golfers use this.
On scorecard screen scores impossible to read

This app primarily used by country clubs. Average age is probably high esp. in Fl. And Az. You can’t enlarge the screen to make it more readable and in the Fl. Sun it’s impossible to see. Make the scores larger or allow screen to be enlarged when viewing. Our eyes aren’t that good and there is no reason for this unless you get a perverse pleasure in punishing seniors!
