My mobile app on Android won't open. It seems frozen with just the Empower name on a white background.

To resolve Empower FCU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Empower FCU App
1. On android, goto Settings » Empower FCU » click [Force Stop]

Clear Empower FCU App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Empower FCU » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Empower FCU.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Empower FCU » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Empower FCU » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Empower FCU
