I have a problem with Honda FCU

No current problems

- Takes time to update balances when moving money around

- Cannot deposit money from non-Honda Federal account

- Transfer funds page does not show balance of accounts being moved between

- Image capture on deposit is not automatic

- Need to memorize balance when transferring funds to make credit card payment

- Difficulty linking bank accounts and inactive account due to Honda account being flagged as a threat.

none of my transactions including my ach payroll have posted since 05/07/2025

To resolve Honda FCU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Honda FCU App
1. On android, goto Settings » Honda FCU » click [Force Stop]

Clear Honda FCU App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Honda FCU » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Honda FCU.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Honda FCU » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Honda FCU » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Honda FCU
