whomever is responsible for the mobile app and the online website is a FUC%ING IDIOT !!! oh, i'm sorry - they would have to become a LOT SMARTER to be classified as an IDIOT (sorry to all the dignified idiots out there).

Mobile app quit working, cannot connect to my account.
I’m SO frustrated. My app no longer allows me to login…ever since the new credit cards came out. My password is valid as I can login the web page. I rely on the app!!!!!!! I also am researching where to move my accounts to. I need better infrastructure. The ONLY advise available is to update the app. I have several times. That ain’t it! Get your shit together people. Don’t you test before rolling out????
I have had many issues with RBFCU internet app to the point of now wanting to cancel my account and find another bank.
