- App crashes when trying to log in

- MAC addresses excluded from accessing the hotspot network due to a new privacy feature on Apple devices
- Fix for the problem is short lived with the problem reoccurring after some time
For two years I have been using a specific hotspot at 422 Farragut ave 08260 area. Last weekend the hotspot worked fine and connected in to xfinitywifi for my several iPhones, miniPads and appletv. This weekend I could only connect my iPhone10 and Minipad6, however I had to log in to XFINITY instead of xfinitywifi. I tried several times and ways for several hours but I couldn’t connect my iPhone6, minipad4 and appletv 4k. Nada! I even talked to a Comcast rep and they couldn’t help me either. Any chance you could help? A loyal 17 year customer. .j.
I installed the Xfinity Hotspots app on 2 phones, iPhone 14promax and iPhone 13promax. Both have plenty of memory. The app asks me if I want to allow location and I say yes but then immediately crashes every time I try to open it.
App keeps crashing on my 12 pro max
Just installed app on iphone 13 pro and it is not working. When click on icon nothing happens it just crashes
