- Have to pay one time fee if using app on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

- Difficult to use budget mode

- Cannot select different views such as daily, monthly, annually when budgeting on a weekly basis

I have spending tracker 2.3.13.0. I paid $1 for it a few years ago. It's always been great. But it's not working. I open it and it doesn't show up full screen, then it suddenly closes. I've turned my computer off and on. I've tried to reset it in settings/apps/advanced. In settings/apps/advanced it says the App is 85.0 MB. Data is 474 KB. Total usage is 85.5 MB. 'Resetting' it didn't fix it. Please help. Thanks,!

Hi - absolutely love your app but I think I’ve probably done something daft which has resulted in my iPhone and iPad Mini giving me different totals this month. I vaguely remember that I probably need to do a backup to sync them both again but can’t for the life of me remember what or how! At the moment both have the same backup info but entirely different totals. The iPad is correct - the phone not. Any idea’s? And sorry to be a moron!

How to fix Spending Tracker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spending Tracker app on iPhone
Update Spending Tracker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spending Tracker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spending Tracker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spending Tracker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Spending Tracker Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Spending Tracker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Spending Tracker App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spending Tracker » click [Force Stop]

Update Spending Tracker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spending Tracker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spending Tracker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spending Tracker.

Fix Spending Tracker unable to contact server/ Spending Tracker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spending Tracker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spending Tracker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spending Tracker
