ShoreBusiness would be much more useful if there was the ability to refresh the entire schedule, in this current form, it is required to refresh day by day to have calendar updates made online reflected in ShoreBusiness .
This service is horrible and they wonβt fix anything nor will they get back to you if your having any issues with the system... this has been the worst scheduling system I have ever used. Just use Styleseat... more reliable and they will get back to you within the day... I am not able to change anything with ShoreBusiness so whatβs the point of having it... never again... congrats on taking my money and not working for it!
Even when I am on wifi it says there is no internet connection and I've tried from multiple wifi connections. ShoreBusiness is pointless you can't check people out you can barely make a new appointment. Needs major major update and make over. Worst part is they trap you with a contract.
Keeps saying need to update to new version. I have the newest version. No way to delete messages. I was hoping this would be a great app. Please start over and fix the bugs.

This is an amazing app, helps me to my clients doing their appointments, love it!
Although I prefer to use a desktop, ShoreBusiness has saved me multiple times. Early in the morning, when Iβm rushing to get ready for my day, I get a clean view of my appointments. Also very easy to make appointments. Makes me confident knowing I have my customer names at an easy access point.
