I’m having issues using the app. When I go to request a booking it asks to put my mobile number in to verify and receive a confirmation text, but it says that my number is already in use, so I set up a new account and then it did the same thing? Is there anyway of completely disabling both accounts ... Show more so I can start again ? Thank you

Tried updating, Uninstaller and reinstalling, just keep getting the same "theres a new update! Message, and it won't let me open the app

How to fix Pawshake app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pawshake app on iPhone
Update Pawshake app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pawshake iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pawshake on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pawshake network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pawshake Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pawshake not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pawshake App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pawshake » click [Force Stop]

Update Pawshake to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pawshake App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pawshake » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pawshake.

Fix Pawshake unable to contact server/ Pawshake internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pawshake » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pawshake » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pawshake
