Yesterday a message came up to update Pawshake, this took all day. why? Today the same message came up to update Pawshake, Why? Again it's just spinning around, normally this would not take that long.
The site doesn't work, it becomes a blank screen on website. tried to log in but forgot password, tried to change from email sent and it again goes to a blank white screen

I’m having issues using the app. When I go to request a booking it asks to put my mobile number in to verify and receive a confirmation text, but it says that my number is already in use, so I set up a new account and then it did the same thing? Is there anyway of completely disabling both accounts so I can start again ? Thank you
Tried updating, Uninstaller and reinstalling, just keep getting the same "theres a new update! Message, and it won't let me open the app
