I really wanted to support HUAWEI. But this company just doesn’t care about its customers. I bought several Mate cellphones which used to be good, and more recently the Freebuds 3 over EarPods pro. I spend thousands on ear pieces and I could tell the freebuds have lots of issues. HUAWEI supported with firmware updates to fix bugs for a very limited time. And now it dropped the support completely. The noise canceling remains a joke and started making buzz noise, like electric whining. When it comes out it was the same price range with EarPod pro. Now EarPods pro is still one of the best while these freedbuds worth nothing. I’m going to stay away from HUAWEI as far as possible. Just for your reference

Useless app that crash and doesn’t allow you to do anything useful. Except crashing

It should be removed from HUAWEIAILife Store. It is below any app standard except if you looking for something that crash when open.

The core problem still exists after all the the updates, it closes HUAWEIAILife immediately after I log in. Huawei, please fix your software issues.

I can’t for the life of me connect my freebuds to HUAWEIAILife ! I do all the manipulation nothing it can’t find them ! Now I don’t even know if I have enough charge !

All my devices disappeared after the latest update. HUAWEIAILife is terrible, every new update causes pain and wastes my time. Planning to replace all my equipment with something else.

You must give up your privacy to use HUAWEIAILife and then can't even connect to my new 4i. It's also a hugh app and waste of storage. What's wrong with this company.

Ive been to their website and app trying to control my bandwidth. there is no “speed limit” (as they say) no “quality of service” no “bandwidth control”. Theyre screenshots of HUAWEIAILife on their website look much different than what mine looks like. Such a scam

It still crashes right after you tap the 5G CPE Pro router on both of my iPhone 7 plus and iPad 6. The new update didn’t fix this issue and its still broken for over two months! I cant use HUAWEIAILife to reset or check the SMS text (or change any settings). Please fix HUAWEIAILife ASAP.

Whenever i login it kicks me out and when i open it again it keeps kicking me out pls fix this. This problem has been there for a while and it looks like the developers updated HUAWEIAILife 3 days ago but still this problem is still there and there is no fix for it. Please fix itttt!!!

Worst smart home app ever. It will ask you to share you private information with them without any notice. They also send spam SMS and email which you cannot unsubscribe (obviously). I don’t know why Apple doesn’t take down HUAWEIAILife. More stupid thing is that it cannot paste passwords nor email.

When I block a person from the network and what to bring them back into the network the blocked list appears less than a second and then disappears, which makes it very difficult to unblock someone that way.

I use it for my mobile WiFi but after the new update the battery percentage doesn’t show numbers anymore, everytime I want to check my battery or text it keeps asking me for password. I never had this issue before I only enter my password once n that’s it. Maybe it’s time to go back to “HUAWEI Hilink”.

I like how user friendly it is. A little issue tho. When you use dark theme in iPhone, navigation background remains white and back link also white. Hope they will fix it soon.

Since the last update I can’t login in HUAWEIAILife and also before that the restriction timing for a user to have internet and not be blocked doesn’t work at all and I have to give permission or allow the person to use internet or not manually!!

Can’t activate data bundles from HUAWEIAILife as is the case with the Huawei HiLink, and when i tried connecting my Huawei HiLink app to my modem; it kept sending me to HUAWEIAILife.. 👎🏽👎🏽

Huawei should provide the professional function for high-level user. If use the 5G Mobile Wifi, then it could be selected Bands that the user likes to use. You are really not open for user, so Trump would punish you.
