I am a new member of Instacart and you are having big problems with your site, occasionally it works, and I can order a meal from a restaurant, but most of the time it doesn’t and it just keeps taking me in circles, I know a lot of other people that are having the same problem, meanwhile I am paying for a membership and losing money, I am very disappointed. Shopping with Costco - app froze. Trying to place order for today!
i can not log in to my account and everytime i get to the chat box it disconnects me and keeps glitching . This has been happening for over 6 months and i am ready to just file a civil law suit against instacart for not having drivers customer service support or tech support for people with the same known issues and unfair login requirements with no alternatives
I can't complete my INSTACART order. Keep getting the message, "Sorry, an unknown error has occurred."
I was in the middle of an order and the instrcart app has frozen I am ready to purchase my order.
The app isn't working on my iphone. All my other apps work. I have tried deleting it and downloading it twice and I'm still getting the same message that I've been getting for over two days. It says something went wrong try again. I looked for updates and didn't see anything. Please advise what to do and why it isn't working. Thank you.
The app on my phone will not load, just the dancing carrot. Seems to happen quite often. All the other apps work fine so its not my phone. Had to communicate with the person doing my shopping on my lap top.
The “search” section isn’t working! I can’t type in specifically what I’m looking for, it won’t let me! Plz FIX this!!
Items NOT temperature controlled. Spinach & arugala were not just warm but actually hot! Frozen peas were well into the thawing stage and the driver said he's never been told to keep it temp controlled!!! Very disappointed in this order. My bagged items were transported in the bed of his pickup truck, in the hot sun.

Hi for 3 days now I have not been able to change the payment information under my account information in the app. Customer service has done nothing to help me. I have been a previous shopper since 2021 and have never had a problem until recently. I can’t shop without having a current bank account to use. Can you please help me. I can’t even see where there is an “update” button that possibly the app requires.
I am a new Instacart Shopper and am unable to see the "Busyness" features while waiting for batches. Today was my first day and I only received 1 usable order, all others were very far in miles away. I sat for hours looking around the Salt Lake City map looking for red, orange or yellow circles without seeing any. Please help. Thank you

Trying to sign up but app keeps crashing.
i tried a few days ago to order from Aldis in Hastings, MI and that didn't go through. Today, I tried to order from Meijers in Hastings, MI. i've had problems with Hughesnet. my server went down on June 15, 2022. I now have Viassat as an internet provider. Hughesnet was unable to fix my old equipment. So, most recently this past month, i installed Viassat. Hughesnet is totally disconnected, now. In the meantime it took out my home phone 269-945-8276. My daughter sent me a cell phone from California 619-396-5343. That isn't working either - it's in safemode just to call out and send texts and overheats. must have downloaded some crap from old computer used to have my grandson build me a new computer this past Christmas. Who can help me? Both phone and computer are driving me crazy. please, i am not crazy - just old and handicapped. sometimes i can't call a bus to get me to town. and i'm getting low on groceries, as well. what can I do? christmas viassat viassat
