Hi, i can't open 9gag links which got send to me. Sometime only when i close the hole app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. But that doesn't work alot. Most of the time i can't open a link on my ios device. Switched from Android where it worked like a charm. It's frustrating.

How to fix 9GAG app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 9GAG app on iPhone
Update 9GAG app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 9GAG iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 9GAG on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 9GAG network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

9GAG Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 9GAG not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 9GAG App
1. On android, goto Settings » 9GAG » click [Force Stop]

Update 9GAG to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 9GAG App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 9GAG » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 9GAG.

Fix 9GAG unable to contact server/ 9GAG internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 9GAG » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 9GAG » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch 9GAG
