CitizensBankIN is absolutely horrible. It always locks me out of my account, which makes it very difficult to keep track of my balance. It even asks security questions that I never even set up. Very frustrating!

Doesn’t work with IPhone 11 please fix

CitizensBankIN worked pretty well until a month ago, now I cannot open it on my iPhone 6S. I know I have an older phone, but the phone works great for all my other needs.
This must get fixed quickly or I will have to change banks after 50 years with Citizens.

Locks you out of your account after 2 failed attempts after forcing you to change your password every month the email it sends you is basically spam,it gives no info besides failed login attempt,no email,no phone number,no help line,no way to reset your password without going out of your way to call the bank privately or having to drive up to your closest bank.One of the most unprofessional and ridiculously coded apps i have ever seen don’t recommend to anyone looking for a easy banking experience.Security questions dont even work half of the time after triple checking they were right with the bank.it told me i was getting my birthday wrong and wouldnt let me log in.I could go on and on about the problems.

Stopped working and locked me out

The worked just ok with my iPhone 8 and now it doesn’t work with my new iPhone. Y’all need to get it together.

Used CitizensBankIN fine for years and now it won’t open beyond the splash screen. Uninstalling CitizensBankIN fixed it for about a day before the same issue started.

I’ve never used a better app for a bank!

Simple, well laid out, clean, visually appealing. Easy to use banking app that has all the basics right in front of you. You want to look at your checking account? Easy! Click on it! Want to transfer from one account to another? Easy! Pay a bill? Easy. Again, it is nice to have a simple, thoughtful well designed app.

Give it a chance. It works very well and if something goes wrong, call customer service. They will get you in. Glitches happen, but what matters is how they are fixed.

I love my local Citizens bank and now I get to take it everywhere with me. When I moved away from home I didn't want to swap banks and CitizensBankIN lets me stay up to date on my accounts all the time. It's a must for any Citizens customer!

App is fast and easy to use. Happy my little bank is keeping up with the big boys on the high tech stuff and much more pleasant to bank with!!
