This app is absolutely horrible. It always locks me out of my account, which makes it very difficult to keep track of my balance. It even asks security questions that I never even set up. Very frustrating!

This app worked pretty well until a month ago, now I cannot open it on my iPhone 6S. I know I have an older phone, but the phone works great for all my other needs.
This must get fixed quickly or I will have to change banks after 50 years with Citizens.
Completely broken on current iOS

Used the app fine for years and now it won’t open beyond the splash screen. Uninstalling the app fixed it for about a day before the same issue started.
