How to fix QMob app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QMob app on iPhone
Update QMob app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QMob iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QMob on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QMob network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

QMob Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix QMob not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the QMob App
1. On android, goto Settings » QMob » click [Force Stop]

Update QMob to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QMob App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QMob » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QMob.

Fix QMob unable to contact server/ QMob internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QMob » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QMob » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QMob
