Please it is fake

They didn’t pay me at all. When I sent an email asking why, they didn’t respond.

Very frustrated!!! I am a Kansas City Chiefs Season ticket holder. Got a letter from the Chiefs organization asking me to participate in a survey during a game day. I accepted the invite and downloaded the Lumi Say app as requested. There was supposed to be a pre game questioner, a half time questioner, and a post game questioner. At the appointed time I logged in to complete the preface portion and was informed that I was too early. Next time I logged in, the pregame survey was not available. After re-loading several times and still having no access to the pregame survey, I finally logged out completely and logged back in. At that point, the pregame survey was available and I completed it. At halftime, I tried to complete the halftime survey and was informed that I must first complete the pregame portion, which of course I had all ready done. After several attempts, I once again logged out and logged back in. At that time I was able to complete the halftime portion. When it was time to complete the post game survey. I get a message that I must first complete both the pregame and halftime survey, which I of course had already done. No matter what I did, I cannot access the postgame portion of the survey. QMob is the biggest piece of junk I have ever downloaded. I am now blowing it away. I hope the Chiefs organization will find a better survey app in the future!! This one stinks!!

This is a fraudulent company. Once you complete the survey following the guide lines they do not send your gift card. I participated 13 out of 14 days ( only 12 are required) and submitted about 4 entries a day. After getting my end of survey email I was told by gift card would be here in 6 to 8 weeks nine weeks later I ask the company why I haven’t received it and they said I didn’t qualify. Don’t waste your time participating in this company’s surveys for a reward you won’t receive.

They said 5 to 8 weeks to get your money (they lied) I'm giving up because I'm never getting it. I did this back in aug 2017, it now close to march 2018. It been 7 months and I never got paid. Plus I qualify again and took another weeks to do it.( should had never did it again) Thanks for nothing:(

Update: it now April 30th and still wasn't never paid wow at least some people was paid $10 I didn't get nothing smdh.

I completed the full 2 week beverage study as instructed. I was aware if I didn’t complete it how it was supposed to be I would be compensated less than the amount promised ($35). As a result I entered my data every day and was honest about every beverage. After waiting around 3 weeks, I got the Visa Gift Card but was only given $10! I have contacted help/support about this, and see if this issue gets resolved.

Thanks for nothing, never received my $35

I read the reviews and saw no one got paid but foolishly tried it anyway and guess what i didn’t get paid! They said i didn’t put in enough drinks each day when i put in 4+, when i asked for proof of my numbers they were completely fake! They said i didn’t answer 4 days when that’s a complete lie i put stuff in every single day for what nothing; what a waste of my time

I did a 2 week beverage diary that I was supposed to be paid $35 for. I completed the 2 week study Monday & I still haven’t been compensated for it!

I did the drink survey for two whole weeks wasted my time and they only sent me a $10 gift card and not the $35 they promised what a rip off and waste of my two weeks! They do not stand by their word so don't waste your time.

I completed the beverage study and was promised$35. While I didn't have to wait 6 weeks for payment, like others, I was only compensated $10. I will never complete another beverage study through this company.

I’ve used this survey app several times, easy to use, adequate response choices, my only issue is while some questions automatically move on as soon as you select your response others “make you” scroll to the end even if you have already selected your response, before allowing you to move on. Just a little thing but consistency makes these surveys more enjoyable.

As far as other folks claims this is a “fake” company. I’ve gotten my rewards every time, usually very soon after completion. Maybe I just got lucky...

I did a beverage diary and I figured why not if its not legit I just loose out on some time. I got my gift card last week!

I did the beverage diary for a few weeks and then a few months later I got my $35 visa gift card in the mail! Worth trying!

I’ve participated in this study 3 times now I was paid $30 each prior time. I’m still waiting on my payment for this study. MAKE SURE YOU RECORD ALL BEVERAGES FOR 14 days or you will NOT be compensated.

QMob does work and yeah it can be frustrating with how long it takes to process the data and send the Visa card, but it does pay as it should. I did the beverage diary last year and it took a few months to get my visa. Never knew it was coming, but if you like being surprised and have that kind of patience, then go for it. Currently doing the same study again cause I qualified for it, so we'll see if it works again in a few months.

I did the Beverage survey and got paid the full $35, and it arrived earlier than it said it would. My guess is if you don’t enter enough information that you get paid less because it seems incomplete. Just be honest and enter everything and it will work.
