I have a subscription and my account shows payments every month. However, Globoplay stopped working correctly on all three TVs within the last few weeks. Our TVs display message "Ocorreu um erro com sua conta Globo." Globoplay app on my phone logs into my account, but will not access shows. It has message " nao foram encontradas ofertas com estas caracteristicas, ou ainda nao estao dis..." P lease provide assistance getting Globoplay to work correctly.

Keeps on buffering, stops, freezes, go backwards, stops. Frustrating. No customer service. I have disconnected the apple tv, relaunched, nothing works
