Unusable

I wish it were like actually swiping through the magazine but half the time when you try to swipe to the next page it does nothing and you need to go into the side bar and select the next page. When trying to exit or go to the next page you need to swipe up or down to make the menu button appear and half the time when you swipe up or down it also does nothing, they need transparent over laid buttons that are small and not in the way to help guide you through and go between pages, there should also be a zoom out feature that you can see ye larger image and a way to read with your iPad flipped horizontally.

Hate new format

You know good and well what all of the critics are saying so your pasting the optimized zoom for a response is bogus! What you’ve done was basically gone to a PDF of the actual print magazine with zoom whereas in the past the magazine was made for the digital format and was absolutely perfect! One of the best digital mags...but now it’s terrible! I imagine this is cheaper for you and even though your magazine has always been about quality you’ve chosen to go down the other path. So very disappointing. Even the resolution is different...shame!

Train wreck

This app is a train wreck. The sign up process is kafkaesque, and when you finally do get into it the UI is utterly user hostile. One false move with your finger and you will be warped into a different article. Unless of course you WANT to go to the next article, in which case it someone psychically detects this fact and blocks your first 5 attempts. To top it off, this app is just totally unnecessary. Ever heard of a web site?

Have a Problem with Architectural Digest? Report Issue

Leave a comment:

Why should I report an Issue with Architectural Digest?

  1. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Architectural Digest to your problem using the strength of crowds. We have over 1,000,000 users and companies will listen to us.
  2. We have developed a system that will try to get in touch with a company once an issue is reported and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen.
  3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.
  4. If you are a Architectural Digest customer and are running into a problem, Justuseapp might not be the fastest and most effective way for you to solve the problem but at least you can warn others off using Architectural Digest.
