On 05/31/2022 Reader's Digest cashed a check that I wrote for $43.90. The check was sent to Reader's Digest for renewal of subscription. As of this date, 01/16/.2023, I have not received one copy of Reader's Digest. The check number was 1523. If you don't want me as a customer, send me a check for $43.90 or the subscription I ordered. I can send you a copy of the cashed check if you need proof.

I noticed I was charged $19.98 on 15th Nov for yearly subscription, I never agreed to this to continue.
We thought we had cancelled our subscription. We sent a cheque in July 2022 in the amount of $41.23 after receiving a threat if we did not pay up asap. We did not realize that you would automatically renew our subscription when we did not return the subscription notice for renewal. We are still receiving Reader's Digest magazines. Since there is no phone number to contact Readers Digest and talk to them, I am asking how to cancel a book order that was sent to my sisters house, She ordered this book not fully aware of what she was doing since she has dementia. She got another one this past week and and a bill for 33.32 for the two books. I am her sister and take care of her finances. I am nor paying for these and would like for you to tell how to contact you and send them back. Please respond. Thank you.

I started Reader's Digest Subscription for $10. I just received a SECOND book from them that I didn't order, but have to pay for.....$33.15 !!!!! I do not want this book; I did not order this book. I did not order the first book, which I didn't pay for. I now want to cancel my subscription.......completely. Please help me do that!!!!!!!

I have had nothing but trouble with being able to open and have the app stay open since the February issue became available. It just automatically closes after about 10 seconds. I've been in touch with customer service at Reader's Digest who told me that I would have to contact iTunes who has given me several hoops to jump through to no avail. Now I have been told to go to the app and select the "App Support" option, but that keeps coming up with a generic error page and so.... I'm unhappy right now. Perhaps this review will get some response??

I have a digital subscription already. I wanted to check out their interactive words feature, as advertised in a recent issue on my kindle app. Downloaded the RD app and struggled with “registering an account.” Wasn’t able to get logged in after creating one. I think I’ll just stick with my digital content and avoid this less than user friendly app. Don’t wanna be double billed when I already have a subscription either (per the noted concerns of other reviewers). Please invest in user experience research and clear up the clunkiness of your app.

The latest update to this app (November) is terrible. Doesn’t recognize my current subscription. I can access previous issues but not the newest Dec/Jan. No response from customer support. Restore purchases option does nothing. Had the same issue in November but finally resolved (not sure if my email to them resulted in action or if I finally did the right combo of restore/login options. No reason to renew if I can’t read my issues!
