Absolutely terrible in trying to deposit checks. You can stand there looking like a fool for 20min and it will not properly scan a check. Totally worthless other than seeing account information.
I have a hard time keeping track of my transactions as the transactions are NOT loaded in a timely fashion. This makes it very hard for me to know what has cleared and what hasn't cleared. I love BofA because I always know where I stand with them.
In the past, Safe1 was good with showing what transactions I had made as soon as I made them but recently it hasn’t been keeping up and shows them 2-3 days later. I lose track of what I actually have. Please fix this bug.
Safe1 was unavailable til 7 am this morning for an update, but now the update is finished i can only get Safe1 to work a quarter of the time. It’s always been a reliable app until today and I do have faith they will fix the issue as soon as they can after the issue is brought to their attention
Simple to use, however check deposit is not working. It keeps asking me to retake the photo of my check, even though it's a good photo and everything is visible. It won't accept any of my photos now matter how many times I take it. Such an inconvenience to have to go to the branch during this pandemic!

Previous phone(iPhone 12) I had a widget for safe 1 to check my balance and now that I have the 15 and updated, I no longer have access to it.
I wish there were a way to access my account and routing number through the safe 1 app, also I would like to be able to use Zelle with safe 1 but it appears it is not compatible 😞otherwise it is easy to use
I’ve been using Safe1 for a while and it is easy to use and overall a great experience yet since the new bug fix update I can’t login the login page actually freezes and it doesn’t allow me to do anything please fix this lol
Safe1 will not let me cash checks through it anymore. I would usually use it because the bank closes pretty close to when I get off work and I have a commute. It will not take any picture I take no matter what. When asked the support they just say try again later. Full check is in view and it won’t let me submit even though I know is a good picture. Rest is cool though. Just that one thing for me.
I have been fortunate to have been with Safe 1 for many years. Customer service and security and rates have been exceptional! Thank you.

I like this Mobil app. Of course it’s the only one for this app credit union. Love the bank and personnel. For what I use Safe1 for, it is perfect.

What happened to the balance widget when i updated my phone it went away??
This is busy a great app and so simple. The only time it’s not good is when the transfer button won’t work for some reason.
