I have not had Bill pay access since the conversion and it’s taken 3 weeks of phone calls with no resolution yet.
Ever since I downloaded OS7, I can't open CitizensBusinessBank.
No facial recognition or fingerprint ID for easy access. Can not connect multiple accounts. Not as up-to-date as others such as Wells Fargo, Chase, and B of A, all three of which I have current experience with.Can do with an update.
I enjoy CitizensBusinessBank but sometimes the purchases switch via the system it’s weird!
I think you have a Great Bank. But your on line banking needs to be a little more refined.
