Close and restart the SpeakUp app on iPhone
Update SpeakUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SpeakUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SpeakUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SpeakUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix SpeakUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SpeakUp app issues:

Force Stop the SpeakUp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SpeakUp app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SpeakUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SpeakUp App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SpeakUp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SpeakUp.

Fix SpeakUp unable to contact server/ SpeakUp internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SpeakUp » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SpeakUp » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SpeakUp on android.
