Every time I try to check in (to earn coins) the apps gets an error, saying that my phone number is already claimed
My bank card is USD and I've made an order before for a delivery in Turkey. Agent after agent hung up on me, mid conversation or before I could type fast enough despite telling them my turkish is basic and I'm using google translate. They have no patience I guess. They all said my card is getting rejected because of a bank issue, but I checked with my bank twice and there is no block on my card, and no declines on my card. I asked an agent (in turkish ) to report the problem to tech and he said I should do it and hung up on me. What is the point of customer service if not to serve the customer? I don't have a way to call anyone except What's App and I don't know how to reach Trendyol tech dept on What's app. Why is your site not processing foreign cards? Don't you want my money? I tried with my Mother's card too, that also got rejected. I had ordered cat food for my friend to feed stray cats at her school she teaches at, and that purchase went through. So why not working now? And that order, they didn't bother to leave the package at her apt, so it never got to her. I updated the address in their system but instead of sending the new address to the shipping company to be re-delivered, they refunded my money. And now my card won't take on the site. So exhausting. What is up with your site Trendyol? and who trains your customer service agents anyway? I'm sure no one will even read this, but it certainly helps with my frustration of wasting so much time of my day trying to figure this out and trying a million different things to make my card go through.
