I'm trying to set up my account, but I can't even type in my birthday. I get to the confirmation screen where I enter the booking number, and that works, but then I have to enter my birthday and there's no way I can input the numbers no matter what I try

I can't open the app for 2 days now I tried everything but it still don't open it's just white and say that it can't open right now. I've tried to delete the app, reboot my cellphone downloads the app again but it still don't work!
