poor function
Every time I try to logon with my laptop to EF Tours it says it on my password or user name isn’t recognized. Every time! If I want to logon I have to spend 15 to 20 minutes talking to someone on the phone to fix it. I was hoping this app would alleviate that problem. Nope! Now my husband and I need to decide whether we can trust a company with our daughter if they can’t even make it so people can log on. I’m not the only one having this problem…

Can't log in & cant find my email
I just recently downloaded this app and so far it's been lackluster. I can't even log in because it doesn't recognize my email/username. I tried saying I couldn't access my account and to send an email, but the problems continued when it said my email didn't exist. Bummer.

Pathetic
Pathetic excuse for an app. Whatever they payed IT to put this together was a complete waste. Useless useless useless. If you can’t do better than this, just pull it from the App Store and save us time. If the trip is this bad it will be a waste of my $4K. I tried to give it zero stars but not an option
