EF Campus Connect Reviews

Every time I try to logon with my laptop to EF Tours it says it on my password or user name isn’t recognized. Every time! If I want to logon I have to spend 15 to 20 minutes talking to someone on the phone to fix it. I was hoping EFCampusConnect would alleviate that problem. Nope! Now my husband and I need to decide whether we can trust a company with our daughter if they can’t even make it so people can log on. I’m not the only one having this problem…

I just recently downloaded EFCampusConnect and so far it's been lackluster. I can't even log in because it doesn't recognize my email/username. I tried saying I couldn't access my account and to send an email, but the problems continued when it said my email didn't exist. Bummer.

Pathetic excuse for an app. Whatever they payed IT to put this together was a complete waste. Useless useless useless. If you can’t do better than this, just pull it from EFCampusConnect Store and save us time. If the trip is this bad it will be a waste of my $4K. I tried to give it zero stars but not an option

I tried my email and the account number and nothing worked. I tried putting that I didn’t have access to my account but still doesn’t recognize my email.

Literally so confused onto why you haven’t fixed the problem when so many costumers INCLUDING MYSELF have complained out EFCampusConnect not being able to sign us in. Please fix this so my trip will be less stressful.

Will not recognize my log on. Go to get help and asks for email. Once given says email does not exist. Yet I’m looking at my account on the desktop and my email is there in my profile.

Barely works and has almost no helpful functions whatsoever. Also has not been update in 9 months so I don’t know what’s going on with that.

It doesn’t recognize my email. i’ve been trying to long in for the past hour.

App won’t let me login with anything and/or recognize my email when I click “Can’t access my account”. Please fix this as I am going on a trip with EF Tours soon.

Can u make it acceptable with iPhone X? So the screen covers the whole screen

I just came across EFCampusConnect and thought "Awesome! Maybe I can access all my trip info so I don't have to keep going to a website for it." But when I tried to login, it told me my email didn't exist.. I don't know if EFCampusConnect isn't officially released yet or not, but if you guys could help me get setup on here, I'd be more than happy to give you guys a 5 star rating!

EFCampusConnect opens perfectly, but when you try to open something inside it, the application crashes. It will be helpful if it gets fixed.

I really like the concept of EFCampusConnect , its very useful and creative. I can meet people that i will be with in Cambridge. But there is a problem with EFCampusConnect, It keeps on crashing. Im going to rate this 5 stars for you guys to work on this problem.

Multiple downloads, different accounts, different devices and no matter what can't log in.

Contacted EF Tours and they advised that there is nothing you can do, it works for some and some others it does not. They advised nothing but can reset password which does nothing

Remove app or fix please

I updated EFCampusConnect and love the design but it's closing alone, often not open...

I was trying to find the EF app and when I did I was so happy. I thought I did something wrong so I changed my email and password but it wasn’t me and I figured I just couldn’t login. Love EF but not a good app or maybe just a glitch worth fixing.

I would like to use this but there are still lots of problem with EFCampusConnect. And also lots of function could be added. Hope you can fix them soon!

EFCampusConnect for students, who are studied in Education First. Very convenient. there are the base services in it - Maps, check-ins. Thanks a lot!

EFCampusConnect won't let me log in. It keeps saying I have don't have the right username/password. Then when I clicked on "can't access my account" and put in my email it kept saying "email doesn't exist". Disappointing.
