JustPark Parking Reviews

Having had a parking space confirmed and paid for the day before a big local event, several hours later, the booking was just cancelled out of the blue. Turns out the space owner just thought he could charge more. They can cancel AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON!! Now at the very last minute, only really expensive options remain. What’s the point if you can’t rely on a booking and it can be cancelled at any time? Also please note you can’t leave reviews for space owners who cancel bookings!! So reviews are effectively useless too. Such a shame as a great idea, but with no peace of mind, pointless.

Used JustParkParking as an American visiting - we have very similar to it. Now it’s entirely possible that there are apps that are more annoying and spammy to set up quickly on the go when machines aren’t working. It’s possible, but if so, I’ve never seen one. If anyone knows of a worse app, let me know I could do with a laugh.

After the 3rd time putting in “duration” of parking, I was expecting the next step would be “ok now stand next to your car and loudly declare your end time every time a car passes. Do this until end time arrives. Now leave.”

App would not accept any of three valid credit cards from North America, machine had no tap to pay option. Ended up moving our car.

Difficult to use, customer service unhelpful and it’s impossible to get JustParkParking to accept a credit card to use to book a spot. Use something else.

BEWARE. The spot i rented was in an apartment complex, when I reached out to the owner to get more details I could not get ahold of them. Phone went straight to voicemail every time, no replies to my texts or messages in JustParkParking . So I canceled the reservation but they refuse to reimburse my money.

Did not work at all. Wouldn’t accept multiple credit/debit cards. Didn’t accept a non-UK license plate. Total trash. Called the number - that didn’t work either. Install credit card payment on the parking itself. So backwards.

JustParkParking and the website don’t even link together. Bought my tickets online and couldn’t even see them on JustParkParking . Then you can’t purchase multiple tickets at once. Have to do one transaction per ticket.

ApplePay transactions fail because they assume English phone numbers. App has had this issue for YEARS. Kiosk doesn’t accept credit cards. Just skip JustParkParking and carry lots of change or find another place to park.

JustParkParking takes you straight to scamming websites makes you believe it’s for a parking space fee and then you get charged on your credit card with unable to cancel since those scamming websites don’t have legit information online!!!!

Tried several times to register my rental vehicle from Ireland, while trying to park in Northern Ireland. App would reject and crash multiple cards. Wound up getting a parking ticket standing at the kiosk trying to figure JustParkParking out.

Bad experience with using it for the first time. Booked a spot in Cambridge. Our accommodation was canceled at 10AM prior to arrival at 1500 by the owners of the house and we could not come to Cambridge. Requested refund of 20 USD, owner refused since “technically” outside of the 24 hours cancellation window. Did not have nobility to consider extenuated circumstances and playing possum. Be aware, there is no customer support.

JustParkParking was great when I lived in England but since moving to the USA with a different phone number but same email it is impossible to get in and change the password and phone#. Yes I probably could create a new account but it is annoying that such a simple task seems so difficult.

JustParkParking looked promising at first. My space was occupied and it was 9:30 pm. I could not contact with the owner as JustParkParking said. I had to rent another space for the same amount. The refund policy only favors those who cancel 24 hrs before.

So those who have been told their flat rental does not have parking must try JustParkParking not knowing what can happen.

I lost 39 pounds with no recourse.

Beware if you use JustParkParking. My parking ended up 0.6 miles away in some residential area. And that was the closest by 0.2 miles. Nothing like a walk at 10pm, in the dark, through apartment buildings to liven up the trip.

JustParkParking lags constantly like there’s a major bug in it. Experience of adding a credit card was nigh impossible as it wouldn’t validate my Visa card number

Credit card worked when I called JustParkParking ’s automated number, but I couldn’t input it directly into JustParkParking .

My credit card doesn’t always work in JustParkParking.

Was super happy with the ease of use of JustParkParking!

So convenient and quite an easy, stylish interface to navigate with. Clear and concise, making that hassle of betting on city parking non-existent! All the stars & some!

I use a lot of these parking apps. Never felt the drive to review one until now. What a great, easy to use, we developed app. Especially pleased that it uses Apple Pay as an option.
