They will do app updates on the weekends without warning you. You cannot get any of your information, or make any transfers, anything! I had the worst weekend ever, you don’t realize how much you rely on your bank app/card until liberty bay does another surprise update for the entire weekend… :( I was honestly stuck because of them.

Was annoyed by the way passwords worked, so I removed app. Just tried to use it again, but can't log in without accepting disclosure, which has to be done on website, but the website won't open on my phone, so I'm being forced to go to a real computer before being able to use LibertyBayCreditUnion . Seems backward, at the very least. So much for efficiency. May just delete again.

All good except I would like to see history of paid bills, my Mac shows history but my I pad app does not. Anyway I can find history?

Senior citizens, including me, don’t always have the steadiest hands. Result... camera
unable to take picture of check, and depositor must tap camera manually.
This issue is not the same with other bank cameras, includingSantander.

Love the ability to move money, deposit checks and check balances on the go. Only suggestion is to allow the password to be stored and also offer the finger scanner as a password like my other financial institution. Overall though, no issues with LibertyBayCreditUnion's functionality :)

It’s very easy to use and I don’t live near any of the banks so it really makes handling money and finances stress less. I will always prefer going to the bank and being assisted by the amazing workers in there but when you can’t get to the bank th app is a life saver

A simple app that saves me from a long trip to the bank. Love being able to deposit checks, check balances and makes transfers.

Love LibertyBayCreditUnion! I can pay bills and deposit checks from home so I don't have to load the baby in the car. I wish there was a way to pay visa.

I can do all my banking from my phone. Because of my schedule I had to hold checks until the weekend to make deposits. Now with LibertyBayCreditUnion, I am able to deposit checks as soon as I get them
