Terrible App

EmbersCreditUnion that Delta county credit union originally had was way better and more helpful. Actually thinking of changing banks with all these new problems and issues at hand. Been a member for sometime now. I hope things get better bc we don’t want to leave . Thank you Tyler K

Calling the wells location

I have tried calling the wells location 5 different times and have not been able to get through. I wait on hold until it forces you to leave a voicemail then hang up. (My 5 tries were all regarding different issues and weeks apart) This is very frustrating and making me consider transferring my funds to a different credit union. I never once had this problem when it was Delta County Credit Union!

Love the app- EZ Improvement

The Embers Credit Union app has always worked well for me. I enjoy the messaging system and the accessibility of transfers between accounts.

One east improvement that I would make to EmbersCreditUnion would be in regards go mobile deposits. The capture button for mobile deposits should be closer to the bottom of the screen of any smart phone, as opposed to in the middle of the screen. This improvement will make it faster for members to click the capture button while only using one hand, making on-the-go deposits much easier.
