So far, I’ve used it 4-5 times now and love it, extremely easy to use interface. After placing an order, it takes me around 45 seconds to complete the order after entering a store and seeing a cashier which is extremely fast. Also the rates are so much better (in my local store, 8% with this app compared to 12% at the Bitcoin ATM they have in the same store)

As a first time bitcoin buyer, I wanted my bitcoin instantly. LibertyX was easy to download and the instructions were easy to follow. I liked using the map feature because I found bitcoin ATMs and stores that were on my way to work - and those are the places I bought my first bitcoin! Experience was great and ill buy a lot more in the future!

I went through the whole process of submitting Id and my photo . I had to retry 10 times to get my photo taken . It’s buggy . Well they didn’t accept my documents....I had to redo the process . Id front and back went through . Messed with the take a selfie for 10 minutes . The auto bugs out on every other attempt . The manual capture doesn’t work . If they are making it that hard for me to signup so they can get me business ...I am the customer after all...then I don’t want theirs . No thanks .

I was scammed by someone who claimed to be with Apple. They were helping me get my phone unlocked and said I needed to get LibertyX because someone was trying to purchase $2000 worth of bitcoin in my name. We needed to trace the transaction and it would not come out of my account. Some how the 1st transaction did not come out of my account so I believed them. Well I fell for it and they got away with over 2 grand using LibertyX and one of their atm machines.

One of the many reasons I choose to sue liberty x instead of any other atm is the no id requirement it’s amazing I mean if you want to use cvs, rite aid you have to verify your id. Not only that LibertyX is insanely easy to use it your looking to get into Bitcoin this is your app!!

I called Apple tech-support because of a lost item. after a long talk with the man on the phone, he directed me to LibertyX so I could get a discount on another pair of the item. On the website I made the account, but then felt weird it out when it needed my ID. I told the man I don’t have my ID then he hung up. He then proceeds to text and call me. I don’t know what the scammer ended up receiving from my account. Hopefully nothing, don’t fall for the trap.

Hi, I was looking for alternatives to some of the other higher priced fee bitcoin cash deposits out there and stumble upon this and thought I’d hit the money. Unfortunately when I go to look at current pricing on what they show bitcoin is versus cash app or Coinbase their price is about $200 more. So on top of your fee you’re also getting charged a higher price per coin

You need to fixed this problem ASAP I have been using my app for over a month and suddenly you lock me out to verify with my email, I did that and you ask for my drivers license and I provide all the necessary information you ask me for and ask me to wait for 3days,so I waited and you disable my account that’s crazy

Have used at retail stores and ATMs, with no issues so far. Worked 100% of the time for me. No delays — usually get my coin within an hour of purchasing. Lots of locations which is a plus. Fees are generally lower than other ATMs.

I was surprised just how easy the entire process was. The people at CVS were familiar so it was easy as purchasing any other item.

The staff might have fixed the error. Giving a proper review now given they might have actually properly fixed my issue instead of locking me out

I’ve had my liberty x account for about three years. And the suddenly I was asked to verify my identity using drivers license and photo. I did that, then the next day my account was suspended, and after several attempts to resolve the issue, Liberty X told me they would no longer support my business and wouldn’t be providing me an explanation as to why. Libert X doesn’t know how to treat loyal customers.

Makes it easy to find locations to buy bitcoin. Any time I have needed to call in for help the staff has been great and fixed any issues quickly for me

Purchased a few times via cash at retail store. Btc was in my wallet faster than most exchanges. I will definitely use for purchases going forward.

After one full week my account is still under review. Wanted to purchase coin with cash at CVS but not possible without approved account. The option to purchase with debit card at participating retailers seems to be nonexistent considering I cannot find a single retailer mentioned within LibertyX 's map, that knows anything about such thing as purchasing bitcoin with a pin; let alone Liberty X.

As seen by other reviews and as what happened to me scammers constantly use LibertyX to try and con money out of people. IF you are reading this and anyone at all is on the phone telling you to use LibertyX please immdeietly hang up because they are trying to scam you no legitament company would tell you to download another app that’s espically not related to their own. Beware of scams!

I had lost my Discord account in a scam, and the scammer directed me to LibertyX. I cannot remove the account, nor can I remove my ID. So far no fraduent transactions have occurred, but the sense that this is LibertyX of choice for scammers stands.

If you are directed to LibertyX when you're trying to get access back to a lost account, that's a sure sign you're being conned.

this app was my go to way to buy bitcoin, now to purchase you have to submit drivers license and give more information, and my account is stuck on pending and can no longer make any more transactions. Everything was so simpler before , overregulation ruined LibertyX, what’s the point of submitting information for review if it never gets reviews?
