Sometimes RIAFCU won’t work at all, specifically on the weekends when the bank is not open. Balances and transactions are not always up to date and RIAFCU will put the money you just spent back into your account to take it out again. Not sure if the bank is trying to overdraft customers accounts or what.
I think it is stupid that I have to change my password.. I don’t like the fact you make me change it. I pick a password I like and would like to keep that one. Very upsetting that you make me change it.
Account balance does not change right away when you make bill pay payments. It’s easy to think you have more than you do in your account because there is a time period where you can’t tell if your payment was deducted from your running total or not.
Way to go Jason & IT dept. RIAFCU loads faster than web page and is very easy to navigate. Only hang up is payment amounts for loans are not displayed. I'm a bit spacey so having that would help me out. ;)
I would like to see the amount increase for mobile check deposits. Other local credit unions allow up to 3500$. That would save me a trip to the branch once a month.
By no means at all is transferring money an effortless thing. But, it doesn't always require the greatest amount of effort once you get the ball rolling. RIAFCU makes it seamless!

Most banking apps have too much going on, in a banking app where the number one issues are ease of use and security? This does it! Definitely handy and you can control multiple accounts, especially the low ones! Normal status lol
