Postman never tries to deliver parcels, just leaves a card. So lazy. Cards are often illegible or don’t include a name or address. Disgraceful
I used to be able to track my package on PostNL and select verenigde staten (United States), then yesterday it was no longer to select the united states as a country along with many other countries. Contacted customer support and they just said to check again today because something is probably just wrong with PostNL and after checking today, i’m still faced with the same issue.
The this app app is very handy, right up until is isn’t. Yesterday I received a notice that my package would be delivered between 9 and 12. Ok I rearranged my day to accommodate this. At 8:37 today I received a message that it would come between 12:15 and 14:15. Grrr. Ok I moved another thing. It’s 12:56 and I just got notification that it’s at a pick up point. I have been home all day to receive this heavy package. This is infuriating.
Totally useless app. Notification in the morning that there will be new mail, but when you check PostNL it cannot show you what mail because ‘it’s too busy’. Also, when it does work, hours later, it may tell you that it will be delivered today, but that the package has not been received yet. In that case: do not stay home because it will take at least another day.
All though your app is ok. It is still missing more language options, but the reason I give you one star is your exceptionaly BAD international delivery’s and constant loss of packages that I have sent. I hope you will take a long hard look at how you are running your business and if you have half a braincell you will try to do better. Your reviews online are the worst I’ve ever seen for such a big company,
There are many other locations available for delivery…and this could fit in my mailbox!
I don’t like that other people at my home can see what i’m ordering.
How are we (English speaking people) supposed to understand or communicate when it is all in Dutch! I’m trying to track a package and I don’t know who can help me when I don’t understand your language! Dissatisfied!!!!
People have been begging for English language feature since 2015! This is a must. I cant track anything with PostNL and packages are now missing.
Much like the title. Aesthetically it is very nice however having to sit with a translator in front is not fun. Bring an english feature please.
PostNL itself is fine...in theory, although much of the time it doesn’t always provide accurate information about packages etc. Postal service is great but only when you can actually read what’s written in updates etc. If you’re not a Dutch speaker, skip this and stick to the website.
Can’t understand the language
First of all, PostNL seems good but no English version so I couldn’t use it properly.
Secondly, what is WRONG with you this app.. I’m shipping internationally. The first package delivered after 3 months exactly.
Now I have another one and been for 10 days and didn’t move one step out of this app office.. I wonder how long this shipment will take this time
Update 13 of July, the package still hasn’t delivered yet

I moved to NL last year, I lived in Luxembourg and the USA and I have never experienced such speedy and informative deliveries. I order a lot online as I’m finding my way around to local shops. Even ordering online I’m hesitant if another delivery service is used because I have found non of them as reliable as this app.

Don’t interrupt me while I’m trying to reroute my package asking for a review. And definitely don’t do it twice when I cancel the first time.
Great app. But very hard to use for non-dutch speakers and expats. Please add English language option.
