Can’t set the dates find a flight

After trying to book a flight.. missed the chance to get the special fare discount

I can’t access to my account and I will be traveling tomorrow and I can’t access to my reservation

I had a cancelled flight back to the USA on Sunday 14,2020 and since then (today 22nd) there was any e-mail or call from then to reschedule it. Even worse is the fact that they do not answer my calls, more than 3 hrs a day on the phone hearing that annoying song!

Extremely poor customer service. Despegar does not have a chat so customer service is not available. Despegar also does not provide any phone numbers to communicate with customer service. Refunds take for ever, more than a week already passed and I am still waiting for refund; I do not know if I am ever going to receive my refund.

Cancellations/reschedulling are impossible even when they say different on their site.
Avoid dealing with middlemen and book directly with the companies on their official websites once you find a good price.

Wasting time, Despegar is garbage doesn’t work, whole day trying to purchase a ticket and every time it goes back to enter credit card information but never can pay

I just cannot add my reservations to the wallet. It gives me an error immediately.

Recently, you updated Despegar but it’s not possible to add the passes of reservations into the iOS Wallet anymore. Actually, Despegar keeps “frozen” and then it stops working.

Good app but when I click perfil Despegar is closed and I have to open it again 😕
