Extremely poor customer service. The app does not have a chat so customer service is not available. The app also does not provide any phone numbers to communicate with customer service. Refunds take for ever, more than a week already passed and I am still waiting for refund; I do not know if I am ever going to receive my refund.

I had a cancelled flight back to the USA on Sunday 14,2020 and since then (today 22nd) there was any e-mail or call from then to reschedule it. Even worse is the fact that they do not answer my calls, more than 3 hrs a day on the phone hearing that annoying song!

Cancellations/reschedulling are impossible even when they say different on their site.
Avoid dealing with middlemen and book directly with the companies on their official websites once you find a good price.
