All my songs have disappeared and podcasts will only play for a few seconds before stopping. Have restarted device, cleared cache, reinstalled app with no sucess

I've used this app for years. All of a sudden it can't find my 700+ songs that I have downloaded from Amazon Prime. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but have had no luck getting it to see my music.

Close and restart the Amazon Music app on iPhone
Update Amazon Music app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Amazon Music iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Amazon Music on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Amazon Music network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Amazon Music not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Amazon Music App
1. On android, goto Settings » Amazon Music » click [Force Stop]

Update Amazon Music to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Amazon Music App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Amazon Music » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Amazon Music.

Fix Amazon Music unable to contact server/ Amazon Music internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Amazon Music » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Amazon Music » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
