9 times out of 10 o can’t access my account
I signed up a while ago and no funds is coming out.
Several times Ive tried to get on app to not have to call for my amounts and it’s an absolute mess.
App now just takes you to a website to login every time.
Can ever get into my app and nobody at customer service seems to want to help. Wish my company used Fidelity instead.
This company really needs to want to help the customer.

How Milliman is rated a 5/5 on average I have absolutely no idea. Milliman is truly atrocious. It’s a web view, not native, which results in a lot of terrible UX and technical failure. The text auth doesn’t automatically fill on an iPhone, which is irritating to say the least. The biometric permission does not save (keeps asking you to allow it, seemingly every time?). The “save on this device” for 2fa also does not work. Trying to view your transaction history results in infinite loading with the only fix to kill Milliman . It’s impossible to decipher which fee is which on mobile, but that’s probably intended. Overall, terrible app. I’ll move my money at the earliest opportunity.
Don’t waste your time with Milliman . Literally just signed up, used the exact login info, and it wouldn’t let me login, then locked my account. Use the browser, don’t frustrate yourself with this pitiful app,
Milliman is by far the worst financial app I use. Always having issues. Login is unnecessarily annoying and doesn’t work more times than it does. Definitely would not recommend.
I have tried to access my account for several weeks and cannot. I have been in contact with customer service twice. Frustrated customer.
Use to work until recent app update. Now the biometrics don’t work, passwords & security questions don’t work either. Customer service was no help. They didn’t call back like they said they would. No response from e-mail either.
It’s great that biometrics work now. But I can’t seem to start a withdrawal transaction on either app or web. There doesn’t seem to be many forms or documents when you hit the hyperlink “Documents + Forms”
Logging into the this app app is always frustrating. I’ve got the biometric option selected, however every time I try to login I have to do so manually. Very frustrating.
Also, when I look at my retirement funds, it just shows the current balance. I don’t have the option to look at performance overtime.
I have two investment companies, so I have the unique situation of comparing the two apps every time I go to check my investments. The Fidelity app always seems very sleek and full of information compared to this app. Unfortunately, for me, this app is the company my current employer uses, so I’m stuck.
I wish Millman would spend some research and development on their app.
Thankful for a method of saving for the future!
