List Ease Status

Last week, the app didn’t show one of my items. I thought I had added it incorrectly, so I added it again. I got a message that it was already on the list. This morning, I have added three or four items, none of which are showing up. I can’t even see where to get to the visible list. Help!

I was greeted by an advertisement after opening the list ease app and was prompted to answer some questions with the potential for a reward. I then was informed I had won an award. I filled out the credit card info, address was accepted and told to go to 3s5x4ox5d.cloudfront.net and got nothing, refreshed several times and still nothing! Now, they have my credit card number and information, and ghosted me. FIX IT please.

My list is account will not let me categorize items that I put into it. I put it into a category and it doesn’t add it in thank you.

2 things: on my grocery list, I used to be able to add an item and then place it in the store/category I wanted, now it always goes to ' other's and I have to select it from the list and THEN I get to put it where it belongs. Why would you change that-- waste if time. Second, on my TO DO list it's often impossible to drag an item to another spot. Never used to have that issue. Thanks.

I have the following : Your account has been suspended and the customer portal will not be accessible. Please contact your account administrator. My password won’t work, so I requested for a new password. It won’t do it. What do I need to do now. I can’t find a place to restart. Please help

Cannot share list. When updated on one iOS device doesn’t share with other devices logged into same account.

Same as everyone else; can’t enter items in list, it just shuts down

I can not put items in area order. Like fruits, dairy etc

App closes when you try to select a category for groceries.

When trying to change category of an item, app closes?

Same as everyone else. Whenever I want to add or change a CATEGORY, the app shuts down.

My problem is the same asMarie J Scott. Every time I try to list a product as ie dairy it throws me out to the start up menu. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app also shut down my phone & restarted to no avail. Help. I love this app but it’s driving me crazy.

When you press category it closes the app. Have used for years without a problem.

Even though I’ve allowed camera access, Receipt Organizer will not scan my receipt.

Category suggestion list has changed to a weird looking list, and when you select a category, you can’t save it or get back to your list. Please go back to the good, workable category list!!!!

I have been using the app for years and it has worked great. Just recently I started to have issues. When I try to categorize items the app crashes.

I have been using List Ease for a number of years, and love it. Suddenly, when I click on the app icon, the icon is fuzzy, the screen flashes, and I go back to desktop. I can’t get the app to open. I had this same problem a while ago, and at that time, the app would not stay open. I have deleted the app and downloaded IT again, so I know it’s the latest version. This is happening on my iPad. On my iPhone, it is working fine.

When I try to change a category on an item I can get the categories to come up but the Cancel or Done button does not come up on the bottom to process the change & I have to get out of the app completely to get back in my list. My husband has the list on his phone and it is working fine.

We are having issues with android use glitch is that the list will load on one phone but on another the information is not the same? Please advise.

I've been using List Ease for a couple of years and all of sudden they have changed the categories to a new menu and when I press the category it doesn't do anything. It just stays on that page. How do I enter things into categories?

having the same issue as Marie Scott on one iphone but not the other. it appears that the list of categories is not fitting on the screen and the done button is not showing up

I love this app but new updated one will not let me select a topic for my shopping purchase any more. Every time I enter a new item, it does not enter what I chose to put the item in, for example “dairy”. It selects “other” every time no matter what type of entry I make to my grocery list item. I don’t want to reinstall it as I will lose all my grocery list items I have entered. Help!
