After I updated the APP, I lost those tasks that I haven't completed yet.

The main reason I downloaded the app was to have my todo list pop on my lock screen after i created them. However I receive no notifications once I have created a "todo" I have an iphone 11 with the latest ios.

How to fix MinimaList app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MinimaList app on iPhone
Update MinimaList app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MinimaList iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MinimaList on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MinimaList network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MinimaList Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MinimaList not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MinimaList App
1. On android, goto Settings » MinimaList » click [Force Stop]

Update MinimaList to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MinimaList App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MinimaList » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MinimaList.

Fix MinimaList unable to contact server/ MinimaList internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MinimaList » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MinimaList » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MinimaList
