Claim Filing Automatically Denied
Claim process looks clear and straight forward on the app, but I’ve received automatic denials repeatedly stating I don’t have sufficient balance in account. My balance is over $900 and my claim is $40. Reached out to customer service and the actions they told me to take (start date and end date) also didn’t work. Impossible to reach anyone over the phone. Looks like I have to go through a (potential) 180-day appeals process because the first card I grabbed when paying my copay was my debit card and realized my mistake too late for clerk to cancel.
This never recognizes my login. I go through resetting my password and then go back into the app for the same failed error. It works on the website. But now my account has many reset passwords. I use a password manager and have never been more frustrated with an app. I have never been able to login.
Cannot log in to the mobile app but can log in to web site...
Some major issues with authentication on mobile app. Can log in to Web site just fine, but mobile app WILL NOT take the same credentials. Annoying.
Will not allow expense on mobile
App is giving error that amount must be entered as "$0.00" which is all that it allows anyway and will not allow me to add expense. Guess I have to go find a computer and scanner.
When I try to use this app, it opens as a blank white screen, and nothing ever happens. I’ve used the app in the past with no problems. I deleted it and re-downloaded it, and it’s still the same. Useless.
Tried submitting claims and app was slow and mostly didn’t work. Would log out for inactivity while sending claim.
Best app for FSA
This app is great for FSA account. Super easy to use. Quick approval and reimbursement.
Scanner doesn't work
The old app worked great, but this year's app I cannot upload receipts. Have tried for several weeks.
This app is trash . I’ve tried on a few occasions to file claims with no success it appears to just time out in kicks me off.
Why can’t I login? So frustrating!
This has been one of the handiest apps I've gotten in a long time. Not only can I check my balances on the go but now I can submit claims from my phone. Wow. Thank you for making things even easier than before!
Love this app
I love this app. I could never remember my user name and password on the computer. Now I have my account information with me at all times and only have to remember 4 digits to open.
New version is great
I too was frustrate at the fact I could not file a new claim, but now you can!! Great update. Filed a claim and got my money in 2 days, nice.
App crashing problem fixed
The crashing problem seems to have been fixed.
App doesn't work
Requires a pin even though I have touch id. Screen is completely blank. It used to be great. Now I can't even view my balance. Please fix
