Have to download SunLifeBenefitTools to view my Dental ID cards. Finally got through the painstakingly registration to be met with no dental cards. Cool I’ll update my info on SunLifeBenefitTools . Go to add my Social, and birthday. Tells me my social and birthday are incorrect. My social I could MAYBE see being wrong as I don’t use it too often, but my birthday...come on now. So now I have 0 ideas on how to get my stuff. And most of the time when trying to log in, it tells me an error has occurred and to try again later.

If I could I would give SunLifeBenefitTools 0 stars. It is just useless for no good reason. Why… just why make an app that is good for absolutely nothing except wasting peoples time. Horrible reviews on SunLifeBenefitTools go back many years and after seeing them I thought surely by now they would have addressed the issues and fixed them by now….WRONG!!!!

Our family of four has dental coverage with Sunlife. Anytime I tried to view my dental card I get an error stating - Multiple Coverages - Multiple dental coverages found. Please call for assistance.

That pretty much defeats the purpose of having SunLifeBenefitTools on my phone. Deleted, maybe it’ll work if it’s only you on the plan. But if your family is covered there’s no point in downloading this.

I’ve had to reset my password each time I use it. Now grant it, it’s not one I use often, but it should work better. Also, you have to go their website to rest it. You can’t do it from SunLifeBenefitTools . Big waste of time.

SunLifeBenefitTools is useless. None of the options seem to work and then it just shuts down without any indication as to why. Print your ID cards and carry them with you or scan to your phone. Don’t waste your time with downloading SunLifeBenefitTools.

I totally agree that SunLifeBenefitTools is useless. I do not know how to get the in-network providers, app and site said my ssn and dob were incorrect, but at least I was able to get my Dental ID card so I screen shot immediately! Waste of time. I hope the insurance is better.

When you go to view your dental ID card it doesn’t show you the front side, the one with all the important information, it only shows you the back.

Terrible company as none of their apps or website even works! SunLifeBenefitTools constantly gives a “try again later” message when trying to view any info.

SunLifeBenefitTools does not work at all. Won’t let me log in or search for a provider. It just spins and spins and finally times out. Was able to log in to the website and search without any issues.

Every time I try to zoom in to find a provider I get the same pop up message that max providers have been found. SunLifeBenefitTools is way overdue for an update. I’ll use the web version. Deleting SunLifeBenefitTools as it’s useless

No bueno! Wanted to see which providers were available in my area before enrolling. App opens just fine but anything after that and it won’t load or immediately crashes...

I get an error every time I try to add my insurance card to my Apple wallet. SunLifeBenefitTools hasn’t been updated in over 10 months. So until they do I wouldn’t advise anyone to download it because all of the functions within SunLifeBenefitTools are broken.

SunLifeBenefitTools. is completely useless and if your here you should probably get a better job because clearly your employer like mine simply doesn't care. Good luck trying to figure out how to actually use your benefits.

Only thing good for is to get information off card. Can’t search for a dentist, closes app every time. Maybe it’s because only offers up to 25 miles for a dentist & I have zero in that range

I have a claim in progress, I have an account, I am registered, and any time I try to login I get “An UNKNOWN error occurred.

Sun Life of Canada, remove SunLifeBenefitTools! It is terrible PR for your reputation as a financial service.

SunLifeBenefitTools makes you input all your information but then cannot give you a list of dentist under your insurance, so what’s the point? Completely useless

SunLifeBenefitTools consistently crashes. What’s the point of even having an app if no one can use it. SunLife should hire better developers, because SunLifeBenefitTools is a joke.

I think they need to find a five year old to make their app. It would be better that what they have now.

SunLifeBenefitTools is worthless. You sign up and then it never gets past the login screen.

I’ve tried several times to view my ID card even fax it to myself and it always gives me an error message.

Save ID to Apple Wallet does not work on iOS 13.2 gives ID Card Error An unknown error occurred. Please try again later.

The only thing it lets me do is see my member’s ID card. It absolutely does not work to locate a dentist. Fix it!

Please update SunLifeBenefitTools. Have not been able to use it at all.
