There are some (mostly aesthetic) problems with the functionality of HealthChoiceBenefits itself. It’s not super intuitive. However, no matter what my question is, I can message the staff and get an immediate response from (what seems to be) a real person. I had been needing a breast pump for returning to work, and Devon helped me out with contracting my provider. While I’m waiting, I was sent a list of options to look at and choose from.
HealthChoiceBenefits is ABSOLUTELY a fantastic alternative to having to call and be placed on hold for endless hours!

I’ve been using this health insurance plan and app for over a year and every time myself or a family member has needed care, whether in person or digital doc visit or general questions via the care guide chat, we’ve never had a bad experience. In fact we’re taken care of timely and equipped with accurate information. On Friday night I reached out thru the chat care guide to obtain pre-authorization forms and questions for an upcoming procedure for my son. Kaleb was able to let me know about a $0 cost procedure and got the ball going to see if we will be eligible for those benefits. This is the best healthcare app in Oklahoma and no matter what time we’ve reached out for assistance thru HealthChoiceBenefits , we’ve always received the care we needed to continue with our days!
Way to go and thank you Kaleb!

I’ve been using HealthChoiceBenefits for a couple of months and it has been a wonderful service. I’ve chatted with Kaleb each time & I really like that because it gives me a feeling of confidence and security that he is familiar with me and my needs. Kaleb is also very prompt and reassuring, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciate that!! I have told friends and colleagues about my positive experiences and they are now using HealthChoiceBenefits ! Thank you, HealthChoice and Kaleb!

My orthopedic doctor retired and I was having trouble with my neck and shoulder. I got on HealthChoiceBenefits to chat with a care guide. Tiffany was awesome! She sent me a list of doctors in the network for me to review them set me up an appointment when I decided which doctor I wanted to use. I needed 2 MRI’s and she was quick to help me get that set up and save money in the process. I will continue to use HealthChoiceBenefits from now on so I can get the best care without spending a ton of money.

I had the best experience using a care coordinator. Andrea was the best ! Not only did she respond quickly, she helped me with questions, made sure I understood the procedure and the coverage I was or was not expected to pay. She also checked on me after my surgery. It was nice knowing I had a personal care giver on my side throughout the entire process.
I will definitely use HealthChoiceBenefits again for future needs.

An amazing app. You get an answer for your medical insurance questions in a minute, before it usually took me at least 20 minutes to call. And they follow up with all your questions and requests, can get the information from doctors directly to process other medical procedures. It is just amazing, I probably would never call again as it is a much easier way to get all the information.

This afternoon I used the chat option on the health choice app to find out some information regarding approved providers. I spoke with Devan who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. What would have taken me over an hour trying to figure out from the website, I learned in about 15 minutes with the chat. I highly recommend it and if you are lucky you too will have Devan assist you!

I have finally got a hold of a representative, Andrea, that has gone far and beyond to help me! I have been very disappointed for months with trying to get information from HealthChoice and the chat line since I have relocated to a different state. Andrea has been patient with my many questions and has answered them in a fast and efficient manner. She has gone the extra mile to help me with network providers. Thank you Andrea!

The chat with a Care Guide is most helpful portion of HealthChoiceBenefits . Being able to talk 1:1 with someone about providers, plans, and benefits helps you feel supported. I went so long without having insurance and didn’t really understand how to chose a plan. I feel more educated about what my insurance can provide for me and what decisions I make. Their representative are kind, patient, and answer all my questions. Thank you to Mia, Tiffany, and Olivia!

I’m not much for technology but I thought I would give HealthChoiceBenefits a try. Andrea was very helpful, prompt, and professional. She was able to tell me if a new medication my physician wants to prescribe for me is covered under my plan and what my co-pay would be. She also provided me with valuable resource information on smoking cessation when I asked about available assistance. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills! Thanks again Andrea!

HealthChoiceBenefits is a game changer in health care. I message my care guide each time I have a medical need. They are quick to answer (regardless of day and time) and always make sure I’m satisfied before ending the conversation. When I have completed an appointment they always touch base with me to see how it went and if they can be of any more help. Recently, I worked with Andrea. She helped me secure $0 care and was extremely polite. I highly recommend using HealthChoiceBenefits.

I have used the chat feature for multiple questions - benefit coverage, doctors in network, bills I don’t understand. HealthChoiceBenefits has been really useful and I definitely prefer the chat feature over a phone call. I can always go back to the chat to see what exactly was said. Insurance is complicated so it’s nice to have things written down. And I think the chat is helpful for the workers too because it gives them time to research something before giving a response. And I don’t have to wait on the phone for that time! Andrea has helped me multiple times and she has given me very useful information.

I’ll admit. I was quite skeptical to use the chat feature of health insurance app to get help. I was so truly and pleasantly surprised at the speed, expertise, and genuine care extended to me by Devan. Over the course of about 6 weeks, she was tenacious to work with me, my primary care physician’s office, and the surgery center to get me into a $0 pay procedure. She continued to keep me up to date on the process, send me proper forms to complete, and offer encouragement along the way.

I am a therapist and can not always get to my phone when a provider/nurse is calling. Its frustrating playing phone tag! I love using HealthChoiceBenefits b/c I can stop my conversation and come back to it. I needed to schedule my daughter for an MRI and my app notified me that I could get those free. I texted on HealthChoiceBenefits and Olivia the CSR helped me immediately. When I had to stop and answer a phone call, I could easily come back to the conversation, no problem. Olivia got me hooked up with a $0 MRI, thank you!!!

I just recently downloaded HealthChoiceBenefits and it has been amazing! I recently lost my prescription card and needed to know what to do to get my script and Kaleb not only gave me all the info I needed and more, he also responded immediately! He literally made me feel like I was his only customer and I have had the same quality, friendly experience every time I have used HealthChoiceBenefits . My doctor wanted me to get an MRI in between mammograms because I am high risk for breast cancer. After paying over $300 out of pocket last year with double insurance, I checked into the HealthChoice app, chatted with a representative (Terri) who gave me directions on how to go about getting the next one at no charge to me. After following her directions, I checked back into the chat and Chad helped set everything up. The entire procedure went smoothly yesterday. Definitely a five star experience working with HealthChoice!

I was frustrated with an issue with my plan. I sent a message through HealthChoiceBenefits , and was quickly speaking with my care guide, Andrea. Andrea helped me understand the issue, and offered to follow up with me.

To my pleasant surprise, Andrea followed up, as she said she would, and continued to help me and keep me informed (over several weeks) on what I needed to do.

I honestly didn’t expect that level of attention to my case from a single person, and was genuinely impressed with Andrea’s diligence while working with me. Much appreciated!

I love HealthChoiceBenefits - I’ve left a couple reviews and have told several people about it. The chat feature in particular is so helpful - it’s nice to have all the answers I need in writing in case I forget and need to refer back and it’s nice to not wait on hold on the phone! I don’t mind waiting for a text but it’s always been a super quick response time. Today Chad was very helpful answering all my questions and also pointed out that my insurance and prescription cards are also stored in HealthChoiceBenefits , which I didn’t know. Highly recommend👍🏼

I’m new to HealthChoiceBenefits and Devin jumped in and answered every single question and concern I had. Speaking with Devin was incredibly comfortable, found the information I needed as well as looked up all the pharmacies in my network. I was and still am amazed at how easy and quick this was. Would I recommend HealthChoiceBenefits YES. Would I recommend Devin…, absolutely with out any hesitation. I seriously do not know why I didn’t use HealthChoiceBenefits sooner.

I decided to try out the message center on HealthChoiceBenefits and send a question in to a care coordinator about benefits. My husband was having surgery and I needed clarification on coverage for such. I had never used this message process on HealthChoiceBenefits before but gave it a try! I have 3 small children and trying to communicate on the phone with someone important is nearly impossible! This process made it so much easier as a mom and Terri was wonderful to work with! She got my questions answered quickly and was very kind! I will definitely be using this again!
