I can't get NPM to autofill when using an app on my phone. It autofills when it finds a web app - but not a mobile app. Plus, the Norton password manager service says it is malfunctioning , but no clue as to what is actually wrong. I need help

When I pick the logon info for any site, PM shows the screen indicating that it is logging in, but that screen locks up and can’t be closed. Therefore I can’t log in to any site using PM. PM continues to work fine on my Apple computers.

my mozilla updated . now password manager wont' load and a popup appears that there was an error. no error code. same thing happens on google chrome.
