Last pass works on chromebook, but quit working on iphone 7, with updated software, a week or so ago. When I launch a site, safari brings up "log in to whatever the site is.com using LastPass? and the blue button, "Use my username". Clicking that blue button used to initiate the log in; now it flashes but nothing happens. I have deleted and reinstalled my lastpass app numerous times, shut off and restarted phone several times. Clicking the "clear Lastpass cache" and "Refresh Vault" buttons under settings-actions results in nothing happening. Please help

I have 2 quickbook logins setup on my last pass. One shortcut Mont and other Prime. If I use prime I notice If try to select Mont I will still bring up Prime even though I am selecting Mont from Last pass. I also noticed somehow LastPass has retrieved the login for an old Quickbooks training program and has totally overridden Prime. Now even though I select Prime in LastPass it brings up the old training Quickbooks and even though the login hasn't changed and the link says Prime I get the old quickbooks training login. This has been a nightmare since I need Prime and Mont for clients and Prime has all but disappeared. I am not sure if there is something in the way I set this up. But I would sure appreciate your help. Thank you
