While attempting to login via the app on an iphone 14 Pro I often get "Login error. A security measure has been activated. Please log in with the web version to verify your account." Then I have to struggle with picture text that must be entered.
I am having problems logging in to my Securesafe App. I have the 36 digit recovery code and have followed the instructions to log in with this code. The code is accepted and prompts you to re-entre the new password twice, but then when trying to log in with new password, the 'error has occured' still continues to show. I've tried it on Apple and Android but I cannot log in.

I switched from an iPhone 12 to an iPhone 14. Now, I'm having serious problems logging into SECURE SAFE with regular login. I cannot use the FACE ID to open the app. Something is wrong. I keep receiving "an error has occurred. Please try again!"
For the past three days I cannot access SecureSafe through the app on my iphone. Started with faceid not being accepted but nor did it accept a manual input of my password (and yes i do make sure its on the right case). Using the macbook app or any browser on any other computer is fine. Ive deleted the app twice and reinstalled. I've changed the password twice. Same issue. Still works on any pc or macbook just not via the iphone app. Driving me crazy as 99% of the time its the iphone app i need. Have reported to support but so far unresolved and now they've gone quiet. Very disappointed as Ive used Securesafe without issue for years. Must be some bug in the app?
App not working. States something wrong with my internet. My internet is fine. Able to connect via browser but ios app not working
Everytime I try to log in I get a message that there is a problem with connectivity. I check the status page and everything looks ok. I exit the app and try again to no avail…same message appears. My internet connection is working fine. What’s going on?
Message states pw’s cannot be synchronized

Refer to my previous report hour an hour ago. After I changed the location of the SIMM card, it worked only once. Then it crashed again just about 10 seconds after displaying the login screen. i.e. without entering anything. After several attempts, I was able to log in one more time. That is , in most cases, it crashes around 10 seconds after displaying the login screen.
Problem: The app crashed while entering the user name. It crashed after entering a few characters (it varied). This happened after I switched from a Samsung J7 to a Vivo Y33S. (OS Android 11) The problem could not be resolved by reinstalling the app nor by clearing the data (both storage and cache) Solution: Vivo Y33S can accept 2 SIMM cards. The SIMM card was in slot 2 when the crash occurred. After moving the SIMM card to slot 1, the app works.
