Dashlane Password Manager Status

Have purchased Dashlane premium. Had an account before. Load the app on my iphone 13 & 14, and when it comes to page 'Create an account to finish your backup' -> 'Get started' or 'Log in', and I enter the email address that i used when I set up the account and paid the $$$ Something went wrong. Please retry. Have sent a bunch of emails & screen shot to Dashlane support and they are just hopeless. Asking basic 101 questions. Worst support I have ever experienced. Want to us ethe App - but after a week of emailing support has anyone got any suggestions - > as Dashlane support has no support 'zero' help!! thanks

Setup screen and login screen freezes with Android 8.0. Clear cache, Clear data doesn't help. Uninstalled, re-installed ver 6.2241 from Google play in Safe Mode, this time set up screen worked. Was able to re-establish my accountb, see passwords etc, but if I closed Dashlane and tried to re-enter, login screen was frozen, and if I cleared cache and data and tried to restart Dashlane setup screen was frozen.

I cannot get logged into Dashlane... this is driving me crazy!!! Email entered, FaceID verfied, then just goes back to log in page. Have restarted the app, restarted my phone, and nothing is working. This app needs to work when I need it to work!!

What in hell is going on ??!! I made the mistake of updating the app and now it just puts me in an endless cycle of signing in, typing pass 500 times and still doesn’t work, even with master pass!!! This is KILLING me!!

Dashlane freezes what I hit + to add new login

Has there been any solution identified for fixing the freeze problem with iPhone? This doesn't happen anywhere else, but my iPhone often freezes up while I'm using the app and I have to leave it alone until it crashes and I can re-open. Have deleted and re-installed the app many times. Very frustrating. And I see that others have similar problems.

IpadPro iPadOS 15.5. App freezes whenever click on “+” to try to enter new password. Screen freezes and have to restart app to unfreeze. Other areas of app works OK. Have reinstalled but problem persists. App in Windows & Android allows new password entries.

Dashlane boxes are obscuring my log in procedures. Can't close; can't "don't ask again". Can't get past the logins for Safari. Been driving me crazy for weeks!

App often freezes on the iphone.

In iOS--both using Safari or an app--when I'm at a logon screen and press the key to look for a password, the Dashlane app opens up, then immediately transfers me back to the original logon screen. When I press the key a second time, everything works. This happens every time I try to logon to any app, or any logon page (in Safari) not already set up as the "WEBSITE" for that site in Dashlane.

After updating to the latest ios version, the Dashlane app is frozen. It lets me log in with touch ID, but then the app is frozen and unresponsive.

I use touch to open Dashlane and it opens but as soon as I touch Search it closes. It also closes when I touch a letter on the right side. So I can’t access my passwords except for those shown as recently opened. How can I fix?

App closes on scroll with iPhone 12 using latest iOS

Good afternoon: IPad iOS 15.4.1 Safari and DuckDuckGo browsers - same problem both. When I try to log in to a website - various - using auto fill, the usual Dashlane Touch ID request does not appear and the browser locks up so I cannot chose another saved password option, like iCloud, and I cannot exit the page, launch a new page, I have to close the browser. I have deleted the Dashlane app and then the other saved password options are available. I have reloaded Dashlane app and done a hard reset to the iPad without resolving the problem. I can launch a site from inside Dashlane app, but same problem when try to log in. However it works just fine on my iPhone. Regards. John Bowman.

Dashlane crashes on iPhone XR (loaded with latest ios). Removed app, rebooted iPhone, re-loaded Dashlane (many, many times) and it still crashes. Before could at least get app to start up and would crash if performed a search or scrolled the screen. Now, crashes upon startup. Tried turning off all iPhone setting options; no improvement.

The app closes after putting the password in. I cannot open the app and shutting it down has not helped.
