Last few times I was at pump couldn’t get payment to go through and after you try to hit “pay” a few times you get locked out for 24 hours

The local Conoco in my area doesn’t even accept the Conoco pay app but has a giant sign talking about it. I’ve emailed before with no response. It’s been like 6 months and it’s still not usable.

Won’t let me log into my account and tells me my email doesn’t exist for my account and the email that was sent to me has a number attached for help that doesn’t work. App feels like a scam.

Great to use when it works and a nightmare when it doesn’t. Teaches you patience trying to accomplish a task that should take half a second and turns into minutes of frustration and pulling to another pump or pulling out a card or going to another station and never coming back because it makes you so mad. Doesn’t work at all their stations.

Mobile pay has not worked at my station since November. I fill up weekly and it’s frustrating that they offer a discount but the discount does not work and hasn’t worked since the beginning of November. Message comes up that the pump is not available. Cashier has scanned barcode and that does nothing either.

Takes forever to processes payment . Customer service is impossible to get ahold of the chat kicks you out and have to start over. Now my card is off I have no idea way.

MyConoco will not allow me to add my credit card. It did before the update, then it kicked me off.
Once I logged back in it keeps giving me an error message saying “you cannot add any more cards at this time.

I drove a distance to an Adress on MyConoco . Wrong info. No discount as advertised. I paid with MyConoco and did not get the advertised discount. I only got 6 cents off at the pump. App did not allow me to pay at pump. I’m very disappointed. I drove further away so I spent the cents I saved on getting there. I don’t recommend this place unless ur near by one.

App is fine as a stand alone, but worthless if you want to add you Conoco card for payments. After 7 phone calls , they still can’t fix the wrong phone number this application place on my account and can’t authenticate or activate the card on their app!

When you try to pay for your bills your redirected to the synchrony app/website. Synchrony does not allow for face ID through the iPhone and therefore I need to remember my password each time it’s like going backwards in time with MyConoco

The Conoco app isn’t working very good for me anymore. I have a hard time getting the payment to work. It says double click and then asks me to hold my phone up to reader. I can’t figure out what that means. There is no reader on pump. I went in to ask and no one knew what to tell me. It is taking me forever to get gas because of all the time I waste trying to get the payment done. It used to accept it fast and I could promptly get gas. Help if anyone has an answer. I loved using it before but not now.

On the plus side - I enjoy the discounts and being able to do all transactions with my phone.

The downside? MyConoco stops working periodically for no discernible reason. Also, the interface with my credit card account works half the time, again for no obvious reason.

It’s worth the hassle for a 25 cent discount. That’s why I stick around.

I’ll be honest it’s pretty convenient not having to put my card in touch extra things during this pandemic I wish I could get a higher discount using my credit cards but direct pay wasn’t too bad always a little hesitant to give my bank account information but they hooked up directly with my password for my mobile account so I feel like that was a little bit safer than putting in the number itself

Love MyConoco. When they do a promotion, it lasts forever. Right now, I’m saving 25cents per gallon every time I fill up at a ConocoPhillips. 25cents per gallon!

You are better off searching other gas stations for a lower price than downloading MyConoco. Had to fight it just to get signed up. Then tried to link my bank account. Kept telling me I was entering the wrong info when that info was right in front of me on my desktop. No thanks. Until they link to Apple Pay, I’ll go elsewhere.

I m a Conoco store owner and have experienced this myself. 8 out of 10 times app crashes when we u open it to use for a purchase. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon.
Would love to give more ratings but not quite yet.

So much trouble with location services as well. I am at the location but just won’t load it. So frustrating!!

I downloaded MyConoco, and turned on the finger print login option. However it never worked. Contacted the company, and just heard back that the fingerprint login does not work on iPhone. The most common phone! Why is that option even on there if it doesn’t work. Apparently “they hope to have it operational in the future”. I am deleting MyConoco as soon as I post this review.

After many unsuccessful attempts to add my Kickback rewards card, MyConoco finally accepted it. Now, after more than ten attempts to link my Conoco credit card and receiving an, “Oops, something went wrong” “You are unable to add any more cards at this time. Please try again later.” message, I’ve given up. There are no other forms of payment linked to MyConoco, so I’m having trouble understanding how I’ve reached a limit... Really, MyConoco is garbage.

Works when it feels like it. Some stores are not in this program- but even the store in only works about 1/4 of the time. Tried 3 nights in a row to use it: 1: every pump was “busy” so I got the tried too many times message. 2: logged me out, but won’t recognize password. Tried to reset, but freezes MyConoco ! 3: won’t recognize pw or email!!
Never again- I will use Exxon (which my be the worst company in history!) before I’ll use MyConoco again! Can’t give me a big enough discount to use- and I go through 30 gallons a night! Their loss.

Multiple times this hasn’t worked. Connecting any payment us a nightmare & it locked my visa checkout account 3 times. Plus they happen to just not support 90% of the cards I carry in my wallet.

Seriously needs a lot of fixing & I even had one of the gas station employees say their app doesn’t work.

MyConoco is great...when it works. On occasion, however, it will not locate the gas station you’re at, and if that doesn’t happen, you can’t pay. I had this happen one evening, and the problem persisted at least through the following morning. MyConoco is supposed to make paying more convenient. Not so on these two trips. I ended up filling up at the Exxon station down the street. No issues with their app...

I have yet to have a good experience with MyConoco . Typically it takes longer to get MyConoco open than it does to actually pump 15 gallons of gas. And I’m sure most folks are aware of how long it takes to pump gas. Today it wouldn’t get past the login. When I hit pay, it would spin and spin. Since my son was also at a pump at the same station and it did the same to him, you know there’s still plenty of bugs to fix. Too bad since I was really looking forward to saving 25cents a gallon on my vacation

I really like MyConoco , but I needed to use a second debit/credit card instead of the one I had in file and it wouldn’t let me have two in file at once. Very frustrating. Was told I have to delete and start over.

I’ve only had a couple problems with MyConoco, and they always seem to occur when I’m on a trip, and customer service is closed for the weekend. I don’t know if there is a usage limit, or if the service has just gone down when I happen to be using it heavily.

However I do appreciate the discount, and recommend this service to my friends and family. 👍🏻👍🏻⛽️ I also deeply appreciate Conoco’s detergent in the fuel ⛽️. 🧼

I love the card savings provided. My only regrets are the glitches. Sometimes you have to log-in and log out. I’ve had to call customer service to reconfigure my account. Be careful that you don’t go over your balance, or it will lock you out—even if you pay your monthly balance completely and on-time. (It’s best to check your balance and make an electronic payment before the bill is cycled.) Otherwise, it often finds your store and takes a sting out of gas prices.

We were driving late tonight and we were almost out of gas. All the towns we drove through were tiny so of course everything was closed! The next station was over thirty miles and our tank had fifteen .. long story short if it wasn’t for MyConoco we would have been stranded! Thanks for saving the day!

I really love this Conoco App! The only improvement I could see that would be a way to add the vehicle (from your garage) that you are filling along with identifying whether it’s business or pleasure to keep track of expenses. Really like when it lowers my gas prices as well!

MyConoco probably works but the visa checkout and chase pay just stinks. I will continue to enjoy the seamless experience that Exxon offers.

They fixed it and it is seamless!
