I see the improvements, but you've taken the equivalent of a 1954 Chevrolet and upgrading it to an 1989 Chevrolet. Unfortunately it still is not as "slick" as the sites of the following financial institutions that I deal with daily: Bank of America Chase Wells Fargo CitiBank I realize that these are larger banks, but web interfaces should not reflect the size of the institution but rather that institution's dedication to its client's experience.

Would be nice if the transactions would be different colors for deposits and withdrawals. Also different colors for point of service versus checking swipes were different colors. Would also be nice if BankWestSD kept track of how many swipes a person is at for each month.

It’s taking a long time to resolve the issue for us that cannot view nor print our monthly bank statements, which is required by us to have the ePlus account. Over 45 days now. Otherwise online banking is good.

Many times the mobile banking app does not respond. Way to many messages on the top of the screen when you login. I have a very hard time accepting that all the words I choose as a nickname are already taken.

It is okay but when you have to change anything it is white letters on a white background and the blue makes it hard to read anything in black. I get the information about accounts

I like BankWestSD a stunningly great deal. This cool app fulfills almost all of my needs. I am satisfied with this application. It does really well. I’m glad I have BankWestSD, for sure. BankWestSD is quite beneficial to me.

In my opinion this bank has the best layout for everything and it’s all pretty straightforward

BankWest’s app is easy to use. My only complaint is sometimes the iPhone faceid works and other times you have enter your password.

I really like how I can take a picture of a check & do a remote deposit on my phone

I can do all my banking from my phone. Transfers balances within my accounts and my accounts to other banks. Taking pictures for mobile deposit is an awesome feature. No need to run last minute to the bank and rushing on getting it in. I can easily deposit my check from my office.

P2P is a neat little feature that works better than Venmo in my opinion. Funds are sent securely and show up next day in your account. Great for getting your land lord that rent check in time.

I haven’t held a back account in years due to many reasons most especially ODF’s but BankWest has changed my outlook on banks in so many ways. I have access to my account anytime of day or night. I’m able to get assistance no matter where I am. Most of all I can transfer fund at my discretion. Thank you Linda from Winner BankWest you are wonderful

Mobile deposit bill pay everything a mobile banking app needs

I’m actually impressed. I have had an excellent experience, when it’s working. Have had issues sometimes.

I really like the way BankWest delivers or displays the bank statements, very explanatory, great job. If I have any questions they will respond in a very timely manner and will take the time to explain things in question, thank you. Greg

I like BankWestSD because it’s easy to navigate. Since I live 30 miles from the bank, the mobile deposit is a bonus for me. Thanks for making banking so easy!

Over the years they have been updating there app and it works great like the new features of deposit checks right from our phone . No more running out to the bank to do that .

Great app! Easy to use. Can access so much I rarely have to go to the bank! Can take care of all my needs from anywhere. Any time I have had any problems I can just call customer service and they are incredibly helpful!

It’s great to be able to access and handle all my banking needs right from my phone while still being the small local bank my family has always banked with.

I love BankWestSD! It works flawlessly! I can’t tell you the last time I actually had to walk into the bank. 👍
