Ordered from Big River in Hamilton (Chattanooga). Big river has always had excellent service and food. Our meal was far from this. The delivery was 45 past the late time. The salad was soggy and our Mac and cheese an pretzel bites were frozen. In addition to the cold food which I could have lived with our pretzel bites only came with 4 pretzels instead of the normal 8. I would never use this service again and I will highly recommend to any friend that they never use this.

I really want to support these folks, but I get my food delivered about 50% of the time. I don’t mind an early cancel, but when it’s past delivery time and now I’ve got to switch to another delivery app, it’s frustrating. This last order DinnerDelivered kept saying my dinner was on its way but also that it hadn’t been prepared. When I tried to contact with text, no one responded. When I tried to contact them with their chat, it says they’ll only respond to phone calls. I’m done.

First few deliveries were great. A lady delivered to us and got the food waaaay outside of town to us with warm food delivered in a very timely manner. Moved into town much closer to the food... the last two times we have had delivery, it took more than 2 hours (Both times were an hour beyond when they said it would be here). They had some unbelievable excuses and did take the delivery charges off, but both times they said “the food is still warm!” when they finally dropped it off....like saying it would make it true... well both times the food was cold. The first time was bbq... it had been sitting so long that the baked beans were dried and hard against the styrofoam cup they came in. The second time was wings... again “it’s still warm!” Nope again. The bag was so soggy that it fell apart before I could get it to the counter and ranch cups exploded all over everything... the wings were cold and inedible.... hard as a rock... the dispatchers and the delivery person said “it’s still warm!” How would they know?... usually like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but two occurrences in a row and that whole line about it still being warm seemed orchestrated... unfortunate. They started strong. Going to use ‘Postmates’ from now on.

It’s all good and stuff and has restaurants that the big names don’t have but there’s one thing it needs an update system like when the driver has picked up the food. All there a estimated time. So all I know is it MAY arrive at that time slot but I don’t know if it is on its way or if it has even been made.

I’ve always loved dinner delivered being in Chattanooga and not having the luxuries of Uber eats or Chinese delivery.. the only thing I don’t like about DinnerDelivered is there is no contact or customer support information. If something goes wrong or my order is messed up I would like to give feedback within DinnerDelivered . But otherwise it is nicely set up for beginning stages of a soon to be a great app.

I’ve been using Door Dash and really hate how much crap is all over it. These guys have all the great spots and if I order on a weekend during rush I expect my order to be late and not as fresh as being in the restaurant. Thank you for making improvements that work and make it more user friendly.

My mother and I order from them almost every night. We love the fact that we can order from some place that delivers food right to our door. We even have some delivery people that we look forward to seeing. We even know that they add a little extra on the bill, it’s worth it to us.

ThE only reason I gave it a five star so that you will pay attention!!!!!!! They jack the prices of the food on their menu up!! I can the restaurant to get a price check on an item on their menu to compare it with this app menu ! this app jack their prices up about 3 to 4 dollars!!! And than on top of that they charge a delivery fee!!!

Great idea! Great app! Food came a little later than anticipated by DinnerDelivered but that was prob due to the large order and how long the food prep took. Delivery guy was nice and efficient. We ordered from sushi nabe. Fantastic as always. Apparently you can order from any restaurant in town. Very reasonable delivery fee. Totally worth 9 bucks to be able to stay in pjs. :)

While DinnerDelivered itself can be a little finicky, I can always send them an email and get my money back for missing items!!

App is easy to use & food was delivered quickly!

first, you have to live in the Chattanooga area to be able to use DinnerDelivered. and if you do, my god, you have a smorgasbord of scrumptious, lip-smacking, delectable chatty eateries at your disposal. and all from the comfort of your couch! what more can an urbanite bachelor, such as myself, ask for in this rough and tumble, dog-eat-dog of a world. thanks double d for your stomach filling services. much love from the brain. bass road represent. shout out to ma boi Brent mannin them phones. peace out and may many fine dinings be in your future.

Downloaded DinnerDelivered because they’re the only people in the area to deliver Fazolis. Food was fresh and hot. Actually came a little earlier than I expected which was good! And the driver was super friendly will be using again!

Love the new app! Cleveland Dinner Delivered has all the best local favorites and chain restaurants. The food is always hot, the service excellent, and during countless days (during busy times and COVID isolating) they have been a gift to my life!

Finally we can order real food instead of just pizza. This is a great service and paying a few dollars extra is worth it!!! Keep up the great work

Great option for local delivery, and supporting local restaurants. And you can actually get someone on the phone if you have an issue.

I’ve always liked DD but the modern convenience of the larger competitors apps has always been tempting. Glad to see they released one of their own and it’s super slick.

I've always got my phone on me. DinnerDelivered works pretty well. I'm glad I don't have to whip out my laptop to get some grub delivered
