Ordered from Big River in Hamilton (Chattanooga). Big river has always had excellent service and food. Our meal was far from this. The delivery was 45 past the late time. The salad was soggy and our Mac and cheese an pretzel bites were frozen. In addition to the cold food which I could have lived with our pretzel bites only came with 4 pretzels instead of the normal 8. I would never use this service again and I will highly recommend to any friend that they never use this.

I really want to support these folks, but I get my food delivered about 50% of the time. I don’t mind an early cancel, but when it’s past delivery time and now I’ve got to switch to another delivery app, it’s frustrating. This last order the app kept saying my dinner was on its way but also that it hadn’t been prepared. When I tried to contact with text, no one responded. When I tried to contact them with their chat, it says they’ll only respond to phone calls. I’m done.

First few deliveries were great. A lady delivered to us and got the food waaaay outside of town to us with warm food delivered in a very timely manner. Moved into town much closer to the food... the last two times we have had delivery, it took more than 2 hours (Both times were an hour beyond when they said it would be here). They had some unbelievable excuses and did take the delivery charges off, but both times they said “the food is still warm!” when they finally dropped it off....like saying it would make it true... well both times the food was cold. The first time was bbq... it had been sitting so long that the baked beans were dried and hard against the styrofoam cup they came in. The second time was wings... again “it’s still warm!” Nope again. The bag was so soggy that it fell apart before I could get it to the counter and ranch cups exploded all over everything... the wings were cold and inedible.... hard as a rock... the dispatchers and the delivery person said “it’s still warm!” How would they know?... usually like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but two occurrences in a row and that whole line about it still being warm seemed orchestrated... unfortunate. They started strong. Going to use ‘Postmates’ from now on.
