I cannot hear audio on daily readings or reflection video. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I have an iPhone 15

The Bible part won’t open into the scripture, just lists the chapters

"Saint of the Day" is not showing at all on my iPhone 15 Pro. It worked fine on my previous iPhone. My phone has the latest OS 17.2.1 Yesterday (Dec 21st) for the first time "Saint of the Day" showed on the screen but would not open. Then it again would not even show on the screen.

I have a new iPhone 15 and when I want to open the daily readings on my Laudate App it doesn’t open them, it gives me a connection error. It doesn’t happen with my other Android phone.

I've had this app on my tablet for years. Now, suddenly it quit allowing me to view the daily readings. So I uninstalled it and tried to install it again but it failed stating that "this app will not work on your device".

I have an issue editing in My Prayers. I copied the 54 days from the Rosary Novena to a new prayer in My Prayer, however, I cannot edit or add the new dates. The app worked fine last year.

Hi, the Daily Readings on my Android tablet never opens to the current date, e.g.: today is Sept. 21, 2022 but when I open Daily Readings it opens to Sept. 8, 2022 and every day I have to scroll to the current date. Any easy fix? Thanks.

Cannot access the daily register after selecting Catholic media. About a week ago could not access the news. Screen appears to be a lot of code. I deleted and reinstalled app and still have problem.

Fix Laudate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Laudate app issues:

Force Stop the Laudate App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Laudate app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Laudate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Laudate App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Laudate app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Laudate.

Fix Laudate unable to contact server/ Laudate internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Laudate » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Laudate » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Laudate on android.
