My catholic life app will not open. I tried to uninstall then reinstall but that didn’t work

I open my My Catholic App ON MY Samsung S22 Ultra and it just hangs and never opens, just the spinning wheel keeps on spinning. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and double checked all my settings to allow it to open and it never does. I have used it many times before on this very same phone but now it does not work, I have tried it on my WiFi and on just the cell network with no success. I am running One UI Version 5.0, Android version 13. Please advise as I really enjoy using your app, thank you very much. Scott Dennis

Had it before on old phone. Loaded on this phone (same exact phone) and it will open but I can't access anything like the prayers or the or the audio Mass, nothing.

I installed the MCL app on my android a few days ago - it worked perfectly at first but the last 2 days it will not load; only the Home page appears with the little revolving "loading" icon. That's it. It gets stuck on "load". How to fix, please?
